Bloomington Considering Proposals for 9.5 acres Near Hyland Greens Golf Course


The City of Bloomington is considering proposals for the sale and residential development of 9.49 acres adjacent to the Hyland Greens Golf Course at 102nd Street and Normandale Boulevard.  The RFP is available online at Hyland RFP. Bloomington HRA Issues RFP for Four Residential Lots

The Bloomington Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is seeking proposals from builders and developers for the sale of four residential lots,  4008, 4020, 4030 and 4100, on 108th Street West in Bloomington.  The Request for Proposals (RFP) for the sale of the four lots is available on the Bloomington HRA webpage.  Parties interested in purchasing the lots should review the RFP and follow the instructions.
