ULI and ULI MN are committed to ensure that diversity, equity and inclusivity is the foundation of our mission and that as an industry we all have a responsibility to take a leadership position in finding solutions, and acknowledged the scale of the challenge that lies ahead of us.
ULI MN’s Chair, Jeremy Jacobs, has made diversity, equity and inclusion a top priority at the Management Committee and assigned a subcommittee to develop a value statement and suggested goals and next steps. The subcommittee next steps include creating a task force of a diverse ULI MN members and industry leaders to reinforce the values, prepare goals and prioritize actions. We need your voice as we create a path forward to ensure that ULI MN’s membership, leaders and initiatives are more diverse and our role as an industry is more intentional including diverse participation in rebuilding our city and the future of our region. We want to ensure that there is a diversity of voices in race, age, and gender.
