United Properties highlights the ULI REDi program!
Let’s start with a big question: How do you create something original?
August 15, 2019
Leading up to the 2020 Annual Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), CNU invites local organizations and municipalities from the region to apply to participate in their Legacy Projects, neighborhood design workshops led by national experts in the fields of planning, urban design, and architecture. Legacy Projects tap into the expertise of our membership to develop real solutions for locally identified issues, through an intense pro bono neighborhood design workshop.
Legacy Projects leverage over $125,000 in professional design assistance per project and are executed in neighborhoods which have experienced decades of disinvestment, have majority minority populations, or have been overlooked by mainstream planning and investment strategies.
If your organization, neighborhood group, or municipality would be interested in applying, click here to view the RFP.
