The “Real Deal on Real Estate Careers" event will bring together young professionals from various sectors of the real estate industry. These up-and-coming experts will share insights into their day-to-day experiences and provide valuable information about what it's really like to work in their roles. Attendees will gain a firsthand perspective on current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the real estate field, directly from those navigating the early stages of their careers.
This course is PENDING APPROVAL by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for one hour of real estate continuing education.

Real Estate Developer,
Corey has over a decade of real estate and construction experience. With a comprehensive background in development, operations, and construction management, Corey excels in guiding projects from site discovery through entitlements, construction, and ultimately asset management. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing real estate development projects, leveraging his experience with over 1 million square feet of Class A multi-family and student housing development, and over $150 million in completed construction projects across multiple sectors. Corey is actively involved with organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, and DBIA. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, golfing, and traveling.
