Join ULI’s Water Wise Development Coalition!
 

ULI’s Water Wise Development Coalition convenes land use and real estate professionals with public sector decisionmakers to advance water-smart real estate development and supportive policies. Those who are interested in participating can complete this survey and will be added to the invite list. It is free to participate in the coalition’s quarterly virtual meetings and participants have a say in meeting topics.

The next coalition meeting is on November 19th from 3-4:30pm EST and will feature guest speakers who will provide an update on the post-2026 Colorado River Compact negotiations and the potential impacts on land use, including:

• Anne Castle, senior fellow at the Getches-Wilkinson Center for Natural Resources, Energy, and the Environment at the University of Colorado Law School (Former U.S. Commissioner, Upper Colorado River Commission, and Former Assistant Secretary for Water and Science, U.S. Department of the Interior)

• Ken Ransford, Secretary to the Colorado Basin Roundtable, and Ken Ransford, P.C.

• John Berggren, Regional Policy Manager, Healthy Rivers, Western Resource Advocates

• Sarah Porter, Director, Kyl Center for Water Policy at Arizona State University's Morrison Institute for Public Policy and Professor of Practice in ASU’s College of Global Futures

Following the presentations, the meeting will include Q&A, group discussion, and resource sharing. We hope you will join us!
