    Development Proforma Workshop
     
    ULI Minnesota, with the knowledge of local member experts, is offering a Development Proforma Workshop to raise awareness and build the capacity of local government staff.  The workshop goals include:
    • Increase understanding of the parameters needed to successfully finance a development
    • Outline impacts of local policies and partnerships
    • Provide city/county staff with knowledge to better negotiate developments
    • Provide staff with knowledge to help support projects with policy leaders
    This two day training will specifically focus on the basic parameters included within a development proforma and outline how each product type has varying proforma components.  The workshops will be formatted to allow interaction and discussion with key members of the real estate industry and will include take away proforma samples, definition of key terms, and principles to consider when evaluating development proposal.
