    ULI Minnesota: Development Proforma Workshop for the Public Sector (2 Day Event)

    ULI Minnesota, with the knowledge of local member experts, is offering for the second year,  a Development Proforma Workshop designed for the Public Sector to raise awareness and build the capacity of local government staff and elected officials.  The workshop goals include:

    • Increase understanding of the parameters needed to successfully finance a development
    • Outline impacts of local policies and partnerships
    • Provide city/county leaders staff with knowledge to better negotiate developments
    • Provide city/county leaders with knowledge to help support projects 
    • Opportunity to earn up to 4 hours* of AICP credits *Credits have been applied for

    This two day, two hour virtual training will specifically focus on the basic parameters included within a development proforma and how investor demands, local policies, and product types have varying proforma impacts. The workshops will be formatted to allow interaction and discussion with key members of the real estate industry and will include a "plug and play" proforma sample, definition of key terms, and principles to consider when evaluating development proposal. We ask that you be committed to attending each two hour session to have the full benefit of this workshop series.
