Join the ULI Minnesota NEXT Cohort. Now enrolling cohort members.

NEXT is a ULI Minnesota member cohort for connecting mid-career professionals in networking and sharing local best practices across real estate sectors. The target audience for NEXT is ULI members over the age of 35. Whether you have been deeply involved in NEXT or are looking for ways to go deeper with mid-career ULI peers, we hope that you join us for another season of NEXT Minnesota!  

As we enter our next season of programming, we ask that you take care of your NEXT $200 annual dues to be a participant of NEXT from August 2024 – June 2025. Email communications and outreach go directly to this focused cohort of registrants, so registration is critical if you want to stay involved! Please note that we also ask that you maintain a ULI membership in order to participate in NEXT.

If you pay to attend this event, but end up enrolling in the NEXT cohort within 2 weeks of this event, we will issue you a discount code in the amount of this event to put toward the cost of your annual dues!
