Boston, President, CEO and co-CIO, Dynex Capital (NYSE:DX) about the challenges of being  “the only one in the room”—and how over the course of their decades-long careers they navigated systemic discrimination, unconscious bias and other challenges without losing authenticity. This virtual program is part of new series: Courageous Conversations: The Only One in the Room launched by ULI Washington’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) to explore and illuminate issues around diversity, equity and inclusion in the real estate industry.
