NEXT is a ULI Minnesota member cohort for connecting mid-career professionals in networking and sharing local best practices across real estate sectors. NEXT engages and supports ULI Minnesota members aged 35-50.

Whether you have been deeply involved in NEXT or are looking for ways to go deeper with fellow ULI member peers age 35-50, we hope that you join us for another season of NEXT Minnesota! We ask that you register for our annual NEXT cohort dues to be included on NEXT monthly meeting invitations and correspondence from August 2022 - July 2023!

Email communications and outreach go directly to this focused cohort of registrants, so registration is critical if you want to be involved.

$150 Annual NEXT Cohort Dues - ($75 dollars starting in January 2023)

• 1 Year of Cohort Participation. Your annual dues cover your NEXT invitation/participation from August 2022 – July 2023, ULI membership is required in addition to the annual NEXT dues.
  
  
• Invitation to monthly NEXT session. NEXT hosts monthly sessions. Programming includes informal, relationship-driven breakfast hour sessions and social happy hours along with more structured content and project tours.
• The goal is to host sessions in-person. The default for monthly meetings is set up on the first Thursday of each month and will switch between 8-9M with breakfast and 12-1PM with lunch. With advanced notice, a given session may change dates and may also shift to a late afternoon/evening time slot to accommodate tours and happy hours.
• In addition to supporting the mission and value of this cohort, your registration fee also helps cover the cost of providing breakfast, lunch, or refreshments at each event.
• Sessions are planned for the first Thursday of each month, subject to change with advanced notice.
