Explore St. Paul's vibrant Creative Enterprise Zone, a recognized hub for artistic innovation and community. This tour highlights recent development in line with CEZ's mission to support creatives, including a tour of the new Playwrights’ Center and of Aperture, an adaptive re-use of a historic Clarence Johnston building and future home of FilmNorth. The CEZ is home to more than 65 murals, and we’ll see many of them on our tour. We’ll discuss how investment in the arts has fostered private development. The tour will also cover the new housing trends, transit, and highlight new businesses in the area.
We’ll conclude the tour with a networking social hour, and when we’re done you can swing by the MidCity Farmer’s Market for a vibrant mix of locally grown produce, artisanal foods, handmade goods, and more
