    Shraeya is a manager on the Decarbonization Program at the ULI Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability. She has several years of experience in sustainability, energy, and international development consulting.

    Workplace Sustainability & IMS Leader, JLL

    Stuart is the Workplace Sustainability & IMS Leader at JLL. Stuart is passionate about all things sustainability, with a focus on Net Zero, circular economy design, driving down embodied carbon, nature-based solutions, and embedding inclusivity in workplace design and operation.

    Diana Lee

    Associate Director of Business Engagement, Institute for Market Transformation

    Diana Lee is IMT’s Associate Director of Business Engagement. She leads IMT’s Green Lease Leaders program, an industry leading program that sets the standard for green leases, which foster collaboration between landlords and tenants to support sustainability efforts in the built environment. Prior to joining IMT, Diana has nearly a decade of experience in supporting ESG reporting, strategy, and communications for national and international companies representing a variety of industries, including commercial real estate, telecommunications, and apparel. Diana has a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College.

    Areti Makantasi

    Director of Sustainable Asset Services, JLL

    With a background in architecture and extensive experience in sustainability engineering, Areti brings a holistic perspective to sustainable design and construction, working seamlessly with diverse project teams. She is adept at developing and implementing sustainability and net zero carbon strategies, as well as delivering solutions for compliance, performance optimization, certification, and sustainability measures across the entire building life cycle.

    Luke Lanciano

    Director of Sustainability, The Tower Companies

    Luke Lanciano serves as the Director of Sustainability for The Tower Companies, taking the lead on sustainability initiatives across their portfolio and working with ULI's Greenprint and Net Zero Imperative. Luke has worked in property management for over 10 years, first overseeing building operations as a property manager, before managing the energy, water, and sustainability practices for a portfolio of over 5,000 apartments with Bernstein Management Corporation. Luke has worked on a range of projects that help reduce or optimize energy use, including solar installations, HVAC controls, and window replacements. Luke also has overseen a variety of water conservation and storm water management projects. His goal is continue the long legacy of sustainable design and operations for The Tower Companies. Luke is a LEED® Accredited Professional (AP) for Operations and Maintenance, a Fitwel Ambassador, and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). He is currently a member of the Building Performance Improvement Board in Montgomery County, was appointed by Governor Moore to serve on the Maryland Building Energy Transition Implementation Task Force, and serves as a Co-Chair for the Emerging Leaders Council of the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Metropolitan DC. Finally, Luke is also proud to volunteer with Rock Creek Conservancy as a Stream Team Leader, helping remove trash from the Park before it impacts downstream wildlife. Luke earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Syracuse University and later earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from American University. He lives with his wife Alyssa in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington, DC, and enjoys running and hiking in beautiful Rock Creek Park.
