The Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program is a 12-session curriculum and cohort experience designed for professionals identifying as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and women working in various real estate industries.
REDI’s mission is “To advance the careers of professionals of color and women in commercial real estate.”
REDI has a competitive application process, and we expect to open applications for the 2025 cohort in October of 2024.
