The Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program is a 12-session curriculum and cohort experience designed for professionals identifying as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and women working in various real estate industries.
REDI’s mission is “To advance the careers of professionals of color and women in commercial real estate.”
If you’re interested in becoming a member of the REDI 2024 cohort, please submit a REDI Interest Form and we will send out notifications for future information sessions and the application process which will open on October 16, 2023 and is set to close on November 12, 2023.
The ULI Minnesota Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) Program is a 12-session curriculum designed for professionals identifying as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and women working in real estate industries.
The program aims to advance participants’ careers and expand their professional networks. REDI helps participants learn more about what it takes to put together a successful development through a combination of curriculum and case study work. Each team will produce a development plan, pro-forma, and marketing plan. Chosen participants will engage in both large group and small group mentoring sessions.
