Membership Committee

Promotes ULI membership, welcomes new members, advises Management Committee on issues related to membership

Programs Committee

Plans and executes programs like panel discussions, presentations, tours, and signature events.

Sponsorship Committee

Recruits new and returning sponsors, thanks existing sponsors, and advises Management Committee on issues related to sponsorship.

Advisory Services Committee

Plans Technical Assistance Panels and other programs targeting the public sector.

Grants Committee

Identifies and applies for foundation and philanthropic funding opportunities in support of ULI Minnesota’s programs and initiatives.

UrbanPlan Committee

Recruits and trains volunteers, evaluates requests for high school and public sector UrbanPlan offerings.

REDI Steering Committee

Helps plan and execute the Real Estate Diversity Initiative, including setting curriculum, recruiting cohort members, pursuing funding opportunities, planning alumni events, identifying mentors, and providing support to participants.
