YLG Leadership Structure:
YLG Executive Committee: Two existing co-chairs and an additional 8-10 leaders that co-chair subcommittee work.
YLG Summit Subcommittee: Two executive committee co-chairs with additional committee members. The YLG Summit is an annual half day ULI Minnesota continuing education and networking event centered on a real estate trend and topic as selected and showcased by the Young Leaders Group. This event is one of ULI Minnesota’s keystone programs and we invite you to be on the team that plans the upcoming YLG Summit! Leaders on this committee are working towards an event delivery in spring of 2022.
YLG Executive Committee
The YLG Executive Committee is comprised of experienced ULI volunteers who plan the strategic direction for all YLG programming. This committee represents the leadership for ULI Minnesota members under 35. Committee members actively engage young members at ULI events and provide ideas for new or enhanced YLG initiatives. This committee meets for one hour on a monthly basis. Members serve a 1-year term with terms being renewed based on the member’s interest and Executive Committee approval. ULI membership is required for this committee.
