NEXT is a ULI Minnesota member cohort for connecting mid-career professionals in networking and sharing local best practices across real estate sectors. NEXT engages and supports ULI Minnesota members aged 35-45.
This event at Royal Foundry Craft Spirits is open to ULI Members age 35-45 who are interested in joining the NEXT Minnesota cohort from August 2021 – July 2022. Please consider completing your NEXT dues registration prior to attending.

ULI Minnesota’s local product councils are one of the best ways to connect and learn from your peers on significant trends facing our industry and region. Product Councils are invitation-only and designed to bring together a leadership-level cohort representing a range of sectors, experience, and perspectives. You are invited to express your interest in one of our five Product Councils, for consideration before the upcoming fall sessions.

UrbanPlan – Become a Trained Volunteer: Learn more about UrbanPlan
UrbanPlan is a realistic, engaging exercise in which participants—high school students, university students, or public officials—learn the fundamental forces that affect development in our communities.
UrbanPlan volunteers serve either as a Facilitator, who challenges participants to improve their proposals, or a City Council Member, who selects a recipient for the request for proposals. Email Rachel to learn about upcoming UrbanPlan volunteer training opportunities: [email protected].
