The Acquisitions Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate acquisition opportunities that align with Enclave’s strategic growth objectives. This role plays a key part in expanding our portfolio across multifamily and industrial. Working closely with executive leadership, finance, and development teams, the Acquisitions Manager will drive targeted investment activity, manage transaction processes, and cultivate relationships to position Enclave for long-term value creation.
