Division Manager:

The Washington County Community Development Agency is currently seeking a Community Development Division Manager.  This is a new role that will provide supervision and divisional oversight to our Homeownership and Federal Grants division. This division includes housing counseling programs, home improvement loan programs, down payment assistance programs, and administration of the Community Development Block Grant and HOME programs.  The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of state and federal Grant programs and compliance, including CDBG, Home, and Housing Counseling grants, and strong experience with grant-funded program management. Hiring range $ 41.76 to $ 50.81
