The Ramsey County Community & Economic Development department will open its Critical Corridors Development and Infrastructure solicitation on Tuesday, September 2. Applications are due Tuesday, October 14 at 4:30 PM. The solicitation for the Planning program and Commercial Corridor Initiative program will be held next spring.

They are seeking projects that facilitate inclusive redevelopment and public infrastructure to connect residents to housing, jobs, retail, and services, while creating walkable environments aligned with the Economic Competitiveness & Inclusion Plan and Equitable Development Framework.
