  • Prepare proposals/solicitations, manage contracts/agreements, and track progress, invoicing, budgets, and schedules for multiple projects
  • Procure and manage contracts for professional services and publicly-bid construction projects while innovating on how to improve DEI and vendor diversity through spending of public dollars
  • Identify, apply for, and manage grant funding to support various types of development
  • Review contracts, property details and transaction terms to ensure that the Port Authority’s strategic goals are aligned with our projects, environmental regulations are met, and liability exposures are minimized or eliminated
  • Implement and develop new creative approaches to regulations/policies that provide increased flexibility to build and maintain energy efficient, environmentally sustainable, placemaking developments including artistic contributions
  • Engage key stakeholders including residents, city/county leadership, elected public officials, and private development partners
  • Implement social equity and sustainability strategies within redevelopment projects
