Project for Pride in Living (PPL),a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to become self-reliant through integrated services in housing, employment, and education, is seeking a Real Estate Project Analyst. The Analyst supports the Asset Management and Real Estate Development Department activities in representing PPL’s interests in all owned real estate, including operating rental properties (residential and commercial) and administrative buildings, and maintaining the value of the real estate as assets to the organization and to their communities.
