City of Minneapolis Seeks Senior Project Coordinator

The Business Development group of the Department of Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) helps businesses to start, stay, and grow in the city. This position will coordinate commercial real estate development projects, assist businesses expanding in the City, support the vitality of commercial districts, and facilitate investment into our communities.  The job offers someone the chance to apply and build their economic development, real estate, and finance skills in a vibrant and complex city with a team of professional and talented colleagues.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated by the mission to help grow the Minneapolis economy for everyone, has a demonstrated ability to get projects done, has knowledge and experience with commercial real estate, private and public financing tools, and economic development and commercial revitalization strategies, and has strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
