What is bond financing and how does it work?
The Panoway on Wayzata Bay is an initiative to restore, protect and enhance a treasured asset for the community and broader region: Wayzata’s downtown lakefront. The multi-phase project will transform the public shoreline on Lake Minnetonka, enhancing the lakefront experience and preserving it for years to come. The project received $4 million in the 2020 Bonding Bill for a boardwalk on the shore of Lake Minnetonka in downtown Wayzata. This transformation has been the community’s vision for over 10 years.
