The NEXT mission is to provide high-value, relationship-driven small groups to connect mid-career professionals committed to intentional long-term leadership and support for peers. The NEXT structure is two monthly gatherings (one breakfast, one lunch) of a small group of 10-15 ULI members. Participants can attend, one or both of these meetings monthly as a member of the NEXT group. Meeting agendas are sent in advance and consist of small group discussions, outside speakers, tours, and other timely and relevant content. Meetings consist of 1 hour brown bag lunches alternating between group-led discussion and outside speakers on relevant topics. ULI membership is required. The focus is on how to lead from the middle, support each other in mid-career challenges and share best practices for effective leadership for both direct reports as well as managers.

Eight monthly sessions will alternate presentations given by leadership and executive coaching professionals with small group discussions in an intimate setting. The program is for mid-career professionals.
