The NEXT mission is to provide high-value, relationship-driven small groups to connect mid-career professionals committed to intentional long-term leadership and support for peers.
The NEXT structure is currently a monthly zoom gatherings of a small group of 10-15 ULI members. These virtual gatherings serve a touchpoint with industry colleagues and vary from discussions, outside speakers, and other timely and relevant content. ULI membership is required. The focus is on how to lead from the middle, support each other in mid-career challenges and share best practices for effective leadership for both direct reports as well as managers.

Annual registration fee: $50
covers your NEXT enrollment from July 2020 – June 2021.
Registration cost covers monthly lunch and breakfast gatherings from July 2020 – June 2021. We have reduced the registration fee by 50% this year to $50, knowing that we will be meeting less in person during the first half of the year.
