    The ULI Minnesota Young Leaders Group invites you to join them for the 3rd annual Golf for Beginners Lesson and Happy Hour at Brookview in Golden Valley on June 13, 2024.

    Interested in learning the fundamentals of the game of golf? Already know how to golf, but want some practice as you get back out on the green for the season? Want to network with fellow young leaders and spend the afternoon in the sunshine? You won't want to miss this event!
     

    Join ULI for a 1.5 hour golf lesson led by golf instructor, Alexandra Tegels Paulson:

    • 90-Minute Group Session which includes a combination of driving overview and practice and putting exercises.
    • Clubs are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
    • What to bring/wear: Comfortable clothes and athletic shoes - doesn't need to be golf specific apparel, but please dress for the weather.

    Following the golf lesson, we will meet up with other ULI Young Leaders for a networking happy hour at Brookview's Three One Six Bar+Grill and enjoy a complimentary drink. 

     As we launch the early registration, this event is planned as a ULI members exclusive opportunity! 

    The golf lesson will be cancelled/rescheduled in the event of severe weather.

    Alex Tegels Paulson

    Golf Instructor,

    Alex Tegels is a lifelong student of the game and has been teaching for nearly 10 years. She focuses on young golfers, making the game fun and getting then excited to keep learning! Prior to returning to the Minneapolis area, Alex worked for the Southern California PGA on player development programming, teaching lessons throughout the community to interest new players in the game. In addition to private lessons, she offers afterschool enrichment programs throughout the western metro. The goal is for players to walk away from the lesson feeling confident and excited to play!
