NEXT Cohort Kickoff Happy Hour

This event is free and open to ULI Members age 35-45 who are interested in joining the NEXT Minnesota cohort from August 2021 – July 2022 which has $150 annual dues. A cocktail and light appetizers are included in your invite. Please consider completing your NEXT 2021-2022 registration prior to attending.
NEXT is a ULI Minnesota member cohort for connecting mid-career professionals in networking and sharing local best practices across real estate sectors. NEXT engages and supports ULI Minnesota members aged 35-45.
Whether you have been deeply involved in NEXT or are looking for ways to go deeper with ULI peers, we hope that you join us for another season of NEXT Minnesota! As we transition back into regular programming, we ask that you take care of your NEXT $150 annual dues this August to be a participant of NEXT for a one year time frame from August 2021 – July 2022. Email communications and outreach go directly to this focused cohort of registrants, so registration is critical if you want to stay involved! Please note that we also ask that you maintain a ULI membership in order to participate in NEXT.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR ANNUAL NEXT DUES:
- 1 Year of Cohort Participation: Your annual dues cover your NEXT invitation/participation from August 2021 - July 2022, ULI membership is required in addition to the annual NEXT dues.
- Invitation to monthly NEXT session: Starting with a kick off happy hour on August 19th, NEXT plans to return to a monthly sessions, which may be held in-person or virtually as we continue to monitor COVID-19 in our community. Programming includes informal, relationship-driven lunch hour sessions along with more structured content, tours, and social happy hours.
- The goal is to host sessions in-person over the lunch hour (12PM-1PM), but these may shift to virtual as we continue to monitor COVID-19 in our community. Meeting location is TBD and may be dependent on the topic or tour. Timing may also adjust to fit a happy hour tour/social style event. In addition to supporting the mission and value of this cohort, your registration fee also helps cover the cost of providing lunch and refreshments at each event.
- Sessions are planned for the first Thursday of each month, subject to change with advanced notice. Save these dates: 8/19 @4PM, 9/9, 10/7, 11/4, 12/2 @4PM, 1/6, 2/3, 3/3, 4/7, 5/5, 6/2
- 2 guest passes to invite a colleague or client to attend with you! Know someone that could be a great addition to NEXT, invite them to a session!
