We are excited to welcome you to join ULI Minnesota for a
tour and lunch at the new Asia Mall located in Eden Prairie! This newly opened
marketplace is comprised of a variety of unique Asian restaurants and shops to
provide a hub for authentic Asian cuisine, grocery, and supplies. This 116,000-square-foot,
multi-level grocery, business, and restaurant destination is an adaptive reuse
of a space formerly occupied by a Gander Mountain store.
We are excited to be
joined by Marshall Nguyen, Vice President at Caspian Group, Winnie Patterson, Associate
at Caspian Group, an Asia Mall project owner, and a representative from the
general contractor team to walk the space and hear a presentation about the
drivers, process, and challenges faced in its conception, development, and
recent grand opening!
Following the presentation and tour, we encourage you to stay for lunch! Plan to grab food and drink from the vendors of your choice and network in small groups with fellow ULI event attendees to make the most of this experience.
