At the request of the City of Minneapolis, ULI Minnesota has assembled an interdisciplinary panel of high-level land use and real estate professionals, local and national, for a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) on the challenges facing Minneapolis’s Warehouse District. The TAP program is one of ULI’s premier opportunities where members can give back their experience and knowledge for the betterment of communities. The charge of the panel is to spend three comprehensive days touring the site, meeting with the sponsor, interviewing stakeholders, deliberating, formulating recommendations to these challenging questions, and then delivering these recommendations to the sponsor.
